Today I embarked on a new plan 'The Fast Diet'
Essentially the plan is that you eat normally (not excessively 5 days a week and limit to 500 calories on the other two days.
TOday was my first fast day 500 calories - actually it was pretty straight forward, tea for breakfast lots of drinks all day and then chicken and vegetables for dinner. Strangely I don't actually even feel hungry- but I expect that will hit me tomorrow morning hopefully not though.
Wednesday will be my next fast day, I will swop the chicken out for scallops and see how i get on with that for a change I tend to eat chicken most days and i think Its time to change it up a bit.
Next saturday will be my first weigh in day hoping for positive movement in the numbers!
