Started the day out with my Biggest Loser workout at my gym. It is a killer circuit workout. Today we used kettle bells for our workout. We usually do 3 strength whole body exercises then we do "active rest" which means we run or walk the track. Almost all of us run every time. We do move from one exercise quickly to the next and only after 3 sets of the strength and run, do we get a couple of minutes of breathing time. After that class, I went ice skating for 45 min. I usually skate later but needed to get it done so I was pretty tired on the ice. I still need to go journal my food and get dinner fixed but I am taking a break to do the blog.
