Sharing Some Photos & My Weekend

Monday, May 20, 2013

Having our son-in-law and grandson here this weekend helped with the sadness of losing our friend. DH had to work Saturday 3 to 11pm so I went with our grandson and his dad to a dinosaur exhibit. It turned out to be very pricey but DGS loved it. That branch of our family are very picky eaters so I cooked to please them and as a result did not make the wisest food choices this weekend. Today I am back on track!

Here are a few pictures of the dinosaur day. The face paint turned out great and DGS was so proud he had to sleep in it so grandpa could see it Sunday morning. We stopped and ate at a restaurant on the way home & everyone was telling DGS how great he looked.

That's quite an ornate face painting! I can see why your grandson loved it. It's always fun to get out and do something different, especially important when you're grieving. Take care.
