Sore but Happy!

I am really surprised at all the things I am trying lately. I have started going to a runners training session on Sunday mornings. It is run by my personal trainer and is a total group activity. There is a lot of moral support, both from the coach and from all the participants. It almost feels like a family activity (with a deep exercise component).
We usually work for an hour and a bit, but it always feels so satisfying afterwards. Of course, I always need to go find a hot tub to soak for about an hour afterwards, but it is truly satisfying, nonetheless.
