What made me decide to try The Spark Solution Program?
I was looking for a new way to get motivated and get back on track toward better health & fitness.
Have I seen or felt any results in this first week? I've felt more motivated, my weight has stayed the same, and making changes in my diet hasn't been complete, but I feel like this is less of a challenge and more of a positive life changing experience.
What do I like the most about the program? It's realistic and fits into my budget.

• Which Insider Tip motivated you the most this week? Still finding a Tip I can embrace and make my own.
• What is my goal is for next week? Bump up my exercise by 5 more min each day.
