Good morning... well afternoon I suppose at this point ;). Today I set an alarm with the intent of getting up early enough to work out BEFORE work. Well lets just say I have NEVER considered myself a morning person. However, last week I got up early enough to go last week on a Friday of all days a FRIDAY
I mean who does that. Well lets just say I got enough sleep and GOT UP and GOT IN to the gym and thoroughly enjoyed it. Honestly I am so proud of myself for proving ME wrong. It is such a great feeling! I hope everyones Monday is as great as mine, this am cardio session has helped me to start my day off on the right foot!
