I am leaving to work in a minute... I leave at noon and don't get home until after 10... and I managed to get in all my exercise AND 3 loads of laundry!
I am completely focused and feeling on track!

    Way to go, Supermom!

Before 8:30 am I:
did 2 loads of laundry
ran 3 miles
walked the dog 1 mile
cleaned a bathroom
made my boy's & mines lunches
did the dishes
returned some items to Wal Mart

Cool! I didn't realize how many things I did this morning. This made me stop & think about how awesome we working moms are.

    No idea how many steps are in 7.8 miles, but that's what I did... even though it was super humid and hot and I'm still tired from the weekend! And I managed to finish two loads of laundry between the run and leaving for work. Awesome on your 3 loads!

  Got my weight training in: worked: made a pair of pants(almost finished); made dinner for later and started SP before going to work at three. Home for dinner and then out to another client at 8:30.

I'm working on hitting 10,000 steps today as well. I've been right around 9,000 the last 2 days! SO close I can smell it, LOL!
