I have really enjoyed my 1st week with the Spark Solution! Even though I've been on SP for over 4 years, there are new things I have learned. I love the way the book makes it so easy to follow the plan. It is well put together and streamlined to help you make every day successful.
I decided to try it to jump start my weight loss again since until very recently I'd been maintaining at a weight still well above my goal. I lost almost 2 lbs the first week and the book really helped me get organized so I was prepared each day.
I love all the recipes and one of my favorites was the Greek meatball pita. There are so many different ones to choose from and one of my favorite things about the book is the swaps that are given for menu choices. It makes it easy for anyone who has things they don't like.
There are so many "Insider tips" that I really liked reading, as I said, you learn something new every day. One insider tip I really liked was to choose your company and hang out with like minded people that are eating healthy and doing fitness also. This really helps me as they motivate me and we learn from each other. We have a local spark team and we get together on a regular basis. Several members live in my immediate area and we walk together. It's so nice having people close by to work on our goals together.
My goal for this week is to continue to learn new ways to prepare ahead and to really work on my fitness goals.

I really like how it's available in print version and on nook and kindle. I have it on my Nook and I also have the kindle version. This way I can refer to it from my phone no matter where I am.
