Tired of being stressed out

I am doing all the things I an to get my lifestyle stuff under control. Watching my food intake and logging it. Getting out and exercising early every morning so I start the day better. But life is just very stressful these days and 90% of it is stuff I cannot control. So I am controlling what I can so I can manage to get through all the stuff out of my control. Wish there were easier solutions. It all works so much better on television. Hope others are having an easier time in general. Still doing my best to remain focused on healthy eating and weight loss.
