trying to make the change

i am new to this blog thing. i am really trying to get healthy for kids my husband but mostly for myself, i have tried for so long that sometimes i think i sabatage myself when i start to see results i feel afraid at sometime but i am trying to stay focused and eye on the prize

    I understand your fears; I've shared them so many times.

BUT, letting go the fear and moving forward into new habits is SOOOOO worth it. I've never been happier or more confident or more open to life than I am now that I have regained a sense of self through having done the hard work it takes to lose weight.
