Day #326 - Day 13 food log - Happy Monday!!!

Face the day with a GREAT/POSITIVE attitude! Great things are coming my way today!!! I choose to stay positive even on this journey of losing weight.
Now on to my update.
I was not focused at all this weekend. I woke up Saturday not feeling great. Thought my sinuses were trying to beat me up. Didn't get up and out like I planned, instead I stayed in and washed clothes and cleaned up a bit. By mid afternoon I took my trip to Wal-Mart to pick up a few things and back home I went. So no workout this weekend. Sunday was better but by early morning the sinuses turned into a cold. I hate when this happens.
I did workout on Friday did a full hour on the treadmill with inclines. I did not get a chance to set up my workout stations at home but will hopefully make that happen before tomorrow.
I'm trying to stay focused with my eating. I'm hoping to get back to mixing things up with my diet this week. I'm still journaling my food.
My plan is to eat my normal calorie intake with 3 meals and 2 snacks. Every other day I will restrict my meals to 3 meals and 2 snacks but Breakfast and Lunch will be smoothies/juicing with fruits and veggies. My snacks will be the same fruits and veggies and my dinner will be veggies and lean protein. I'm attempting to wean myself back to my smoothie/juicing challenge I did to begin this journey. Hopefully this week will get me started and I'll be ready to go full swing by next week.
