Day 64 - :) I found what works for me

So I realized that I was being way too restrictive the first time around...Sometimes being so strict can be a recipe for disaster. What I have learned to do wads to keep my water intake up...which really helps in keeping me feeling full. Also, when I have a taste for something I get it...but I make sure that I log it into my meal log and I make sure I don't go over my calories. Also, I have been changing up my workouts so that I don't get bored. I lost 2 of my gained 4 lbs and I feel like I ma back on track :)

    Great job! One thing that I've learned on SP is that this journey is a life-long learning process! I have learned a ton on this website, a good portion of it came from reading posts like yours!
