Repetitions & Intentions

I am a creature of habit: At home, my keys are always in the same place, my socks are matched and balled, and I tend to eat the same foodstuff over and over, especially at breakfast.
Breakfast is a huge weak point for me. Either I skip it or I make poor choices and eat too much of it so I had to come up with some place in the middle. Currently I've been having the Weight Watchers Smart Choice Egg, Cheese and English Muffin Sandwiches. I started with the sandwiches with the Canadian bacon, but they were too rubbery to deal with. These sandwiches without the bacon satisfy my hunger and my urge to nosh while driving.
I heat up the sandwich while I get the rest of my food ready. Lately, I've been having a late morning mini-meal of a half-cup of brown rice and a veggie burger, which tides me over until lunch around two. The late lunch has been working well and I haven't been ravenous at dinner time.
I line up four bottles of water at work: One for every two hours of the business day.
On the mental & emotional side of life, my job is insane and I have a manager who shouldn't be in charge, but that's not my problem.
I got an email from a guy on a dating site who loved everything in my profile but as we exchanged emails we found out that while I could be tolerant of his religious choice, he couldn't be tolerant of my size.
That kinda shook me up, but I continue to hit the treadmill and walk every morning (except yesterday, I did laundry and other chores instead). And today I increased my walk by .05 over last week's, and I intend to keep the increase this week so I can increase it by another .05 next week.
