Well... I started off great... But as I typically do I got derailed... So, I am going to start my own challenge for myself. The next 6 weeks I am going to use the same goals that I had for the commit to fit challenge.
My goals for the 6 week challenge:
1. Lose 10-12 lbs.
2. Make lifetime healthy habits (5 veggies/fruit a day & eat my weight watchers points).
3. Exercise (either my DVD, Wii Fit or walking) 4. Make me time - Journal every day.
