Yay for water weight.

Started on the weight loss thing again, I had gotten down to 172 lbs in May 2012, but went back up to 185, which prompted me to do this again.
I've been out walking 3 times in the last few days, plus some leg lifts, and yay for water weight, cause I've gone from 184.8 to 178.6 in just 4 days, which I know isn't "real", but that's quite encouraging nonetheless! At least enough to reinforce getting back into walking every workday during my afternoon break.
Also, I gotta remember to open the bag of salad I bought, before it goes bad. I've had a bad habit of buying salad, then forgetting I have it.
I've also 'discovered' recently that cucumber and spicy hummus makes a pretty good snack, and baby carrots slightly less so. It's nice to find alternative snacks that I can actually feel good about, with my tastes being as picky as they are.
I'm going to try to update this time about my journey, hoping that this will make me a bit more accountable, and maybe some positive feedback will encourage me to keep going.
