A week ago I decided to quit just logging into Sparkpeople and wait for some ephiphany to hit to motivate me to change. You realy have to educate yourself about the choices you in your daily life, and how they affect your health. I started to realize my stress level, lack of time for myself and conveinent food choice we make in our household are making me NOT healthy. I know it won't happen overnight, but I do know my choices are better than they were a week ago, and I've realized it's not just my job to carry the stress of a whole family on my back alone. It makes sense that the person who has the most time to himself is in better shape than anyone else in my household, I will be sharing this burden with this person so I'm around for a long time to enjoy my family instead being the breadwinner and stress carrier. emoticon
