I've been having some issues with my right foot for about a week. It's been really sore & by the end of the day after 10000+ steps, it's pretty sore & swollen.
When we came home from out of town yesterday, we went to the Urgent Care place so I could get an x-ray & make sure there wasn't a stress fracture.
No stress fracture, but there is severe arthritis in that foot & it is aggravated & inflamed. Doc recommended that I cut out walking/jogging, etc. for about a week or so.

Non-impact lower body
I don't have access to a pool or a stationary bike, so I'll have to figure out something else for cardio. I welcome your suggestions.
Am I upset about this setback? A little. But this gives me an opportunity to try something new.
