Still at it!

So I exercised yesterday (quick little workout) and then spent the day copying down all of Zuzana Lights workouts from Bodyrock! I have a couple of months to go! I noticed there are long gaps at the beginning...some of my faves are no longer posted...oh we'll, that's why I'm copying them so I will have go to workouts available! Some of her workouts are only 4 moves repeated so will work awesomely with a deck of cards! That's a great way to workout! Pull a card, the suite tells you what move (clubs = burpees) and the number tells you how many! That is fun!

Got up this morning for work (volunteered to work the stat...means $500 extra!)...did a bodyrock routine and a butt lifter exercise! It was hard, but getting easier already! My former wound is "ticking" a bit, but my abs are working!!! I can do ab work! Don't worry, I am always careful! I know to listen to my body, because to ignore it will mean not working out at all!

So now I need to eat, shower, get dressed, get going! The sooner I am at work, the sooner I am home! I am trying for 6 hours at work today! I hope my body can do it, because these diminished paycheques sure hurt!

I am glad that I am back in the groove! I am 41 and it is way past time for me to be physically fit! I love hiking and my body has always been able to do it, but not to the extent I want! Long, overnight hikes! Longer than 20 K! To do that I need to be able to climb and move fast! So, I need to suck up the way I was in the past and recognize the NOW and just do it! Today's exercises are done, another day completed!

    I love the deck of cards workout. I saw it on The Biggest Loser and have done it a few times since.
