What is this -- Week 4 or so back on SparkPeople, trying to use all the little bells and whistles it offers to try to keep myself motivated. Use the meal ideas for inspiration and for staying within my nutrition goals, tracking my exercise, too.
I go to yoga on Saturdays. When I get back home, I try to take notes on all the postures and flows that we did so that I can practice them on my own several times during the following week. Until today, all I did was the writing. Today, though, I worked through some of the flows and more challenging postures from Saturday's class. Just took 30 minutes or so to do it, but boy, does it make a body feel good. My goal is to do this at least two more times this week, in addition to running two weekdays and one weekend day.
