What a crazy weekend and it is starting off a crazy week. Work sort of exploded but that's ok. It's just not a great time for that to happen as I have several other things going on this week.

Goals for today:
Write up weekly task list for workshop
96oz of water
Make the best choice at each moment - eh, not really.
Get in at least 3 strength exercises
Write up 2 reports
