Monday, May 20, 2013

1) Take a walk every day (except Thursday)
2) Stay within calories limits (for the love of the multiverse!)
3) Do yoga at least one day (for serious, you used to do this twice a day, once a week won't kill you)
4) Make those phone calls (you know which phone calls); try not to cry until they're over
5) Don't worry, be happy

    Sounds like you have good goals for this week, they do not seem like they will overwhelm you. Try to have fun while accomplishing most or even better all your goals. Good luck!
