Daily Plan - 5/20

OK.. time to get things back in gear. Today was a great eating day... and I want to make this a streak. I know I do best when I plan carefully and make good food, not just quick food, that makes me happy and satisfied and nourished.. so that is what I will do. :)

Breakfast:
omelet with 1 egg plus egg beaters with a small bit of pepper jack organic cheese, crumbled turkey sausage, and sauteed onions topped with homemade salsa and avocado, served with a half glass of watermelon juice (fresh squeezed with a bit of lime), and a cup of diet cherry yogurt mixed with fresh cherries, lemon water

Lunch:
salad made with baby romaine, baby spinach, and mixed greens, tomato, leftover sauteed onion, fresh salsa, avocado, light chipotle ranch, and 6 oz of diced cooked chicken breast, drink of iced berry green tea

Snack: kefir smoothie made with frozen berries

Dinner: chicken souvlaki (chicken cooked on a kabob seasoned with garlic and herbs) served with sliced tomatoes, homemade tzatziki sauce (yogurt, cucumber, dill, garlic, lemon) and a bit of feta on whole wheat pita served with a tomato and cucumber salad, with cucumber water

Fitness: walk plus garden work :)
