my weekly goals for 5/20

these are my weekly goals:

*stay in my daily calorie goal of 1300 calories

*no more than 300 calories at night

*eat at least 3 veggies per day

*jog at least 3 times this week

*do jillian micahels at least 3 times this week

my reward for doing this perfectly all week is to get a pedicure
