I've never done a formal personal Spark Streak before, so I thought I'd make one official right here and now. As long as it doesn't involve stripping down to nothing and running through the streets ala Will Ferrell in Old School...I think I'll be fine.
I'm also going to use this time as a *jump start* type of mentality like I did back when I first started SP. For the next 12 days, I will be doing the following each day:
1. Get back to tracking all my food.
2. Exercise for 20 minutes each of the 12 days.
3. Drink only water - as close to a pitcher a day I can get.
4. Use my CPAP machine nightly.
If all goes well, and I have no reason to believe it shouldn't...I will be at my first scale victory of below 300 pounds.
I'm so ready to be done with the 300s. I mean business this time!!!
