My by arrived and I have read parts of it. I decided to use the Spark Solution Program because it has all the meals plan for two weeks with recipes, swaps and shopping list. Being able to use Spark Coach free for three months was another incentive.
Between the book, the team and Spark Coach I am exercising and tracking my food. I do the food tracking daily. SC suggested that I start doing a 10 video with Nichole each day and build up my energy from there and that is what I am doing.
The thing I like most about the program is the planning is all done for me. I just have to shop. The other thing I like is the daily use of SC. My favorite meal was Southwestern Chicken. I froze some so we could have it again this week.
Most of the tips I already know. The one I used is the change up. I have a calorie range which I stay within. But I try not to eat the some number of calories each day. Got to keep my body guessing.
My main goal this week is to keep exercising 10 minutes for five days alternating cardio and ST.
