I cannot take credit for the idea, it came from a fellow sparker. I am going to work on my weight loss bucket list. I am sure I have not thought of everything, and intend to update it as time goes on.
1) to be in a healthy BMI
2) to reach a maintenance weight
3) to wear a single digit size
4) to learn to cook in a tasty way, each thing that comes form my garden share this summer
5) run the whole 5k Color Run in July (added 5/21)
I will update this list as more things occur to me.
