This has been a great Spark Day and I can honestly say I have put in the exercise I so badly need. I did Leslie Sansone's Cardio Blaster for 2 miles and I can honestly say I worked up a sweat. I think I will probably feel it tomorrow with the stretch bands for the arms that were included. Great component. This was a good workout for me as a beginner needing to tone up the old body. I followed up this evening with another half hour on the treadmill (my old standby.) I stayed at the low end of the calories recommended and that corresponded with some good advice from Karen. So this was a good day and I feel I am back on track. I know I have a long ways to go...but all we can really deal with is today and I'm satisfied that I achieved my goal today.
I am so grateful to have found this site and I am going to order the Spark Book to complete my goals for the day. Thank you everyone for being on this awesome site and offering the gift of sharing your hearts.
