So this week has been about adding new habits for me. I have been putting my food into the tracker. I have been increasing my walking. I have been going to bed on time. I have been drinking mainly water...and definitely no sugary sodas and stuff. I have thought about new ways in which I want to try to exercise. Tomorrow, I think I am going to take the plunge and try one of the spark video workout thingies. Like 10 minutes or so. I have already lost a few pounds, and that is without exercise. So...my goal this week is to work in 3 of those mini exercise videos.
