The 20-minute rule

This week, I decided that my "one small change" would be to follow the "rule" of waiting 20 minutes before getting more food. I have not been perfectly consistent, but more often than not this week, I waited after eating to see how I felt. Consistently, after 15 minutes, I realized I was full. Tomorrow is my weigh-in day, so we'll see... emoticon
