Today I read a book the cognitive workbook for weight management. It was really good. I answered the questions and did the math equations and everything I redid my start page on here and they are about the same. I need to figure the working out still but I will get back up to ten thousand a day plus again. Now the hard part figuring out my foods. Tomorrow morning I am going to start my twelve week plan then I will see how it goes. I will not quit I will not give up or throw in the towel. I will learn from anything that might not go as planned but just because I did one thing wrong I will not jump ship. I will do the whole 12 weeks and I will report to you my spark friends on how it goes daily or every other day and if I'm not please tell me to get my behind back on here. My goal is 30 pounds in 12 weeks. That's a bit over 2 pounds a week. I think that is doable

I am really thinking of going vegan these 12 weeks not sure yet. I'm still thinking

Check back tomorrow when I show and tell the rewards and marble jars I am making

    Love all your pictures and your blog. I get behind once in a while and then go back and read the ones i have missed. Your little girls are adorable! I loved your mother's day gifts--so cute. I enjoy all your good ideas and wish you luck on this new 12 week program. I will be interested in hearing more about it. Thanks so much for sharing with us.
Oh, the kitties are cute, too. My daughter's cat had kittens, too, but she has not found them yet!

    Good luck with your 12-week plan. One thing I've learned through all my years of yo-yo dieting is that we can do whatever we set our minds to do.

    Good luck w/ the 12-week plan. I think you have a very ambitious plan - losing 30 lbs in 12 weeks is a lot. You'll be able to feel good about yourself no matter how much you lose - just the feeling of being in control will be great. Looking forward to your daily updates. emoticon
