This is the first time I have ever blogged, so bare with me!
I tried several different diets and they all have failed so far.
So now I am seeing Dr. Lester and he is prescribing me appetite suppressants and keeping me at 500 calories per day. The first 3 days were the hardest, meat and eggs only! Yesterday was day 4 and it was a relief to finally be able to eat an apple since I LOVE fruit!
I can only eat fruit 2 times a week, and I have to count the calories for it.
I have also NEVER counted calories and I'm finding it to be fun and educational!
I am drinking 1 gallon of water a day (trying to), with the many, many trips to the bathroom. Mostly drinking Powerade Zero and Diet green tea since there is no sugar and no calories.
When I weighed myself this morning I was pleased to see I had lost 7 lbs. already!!!
I am walking at least once, sometimes twice a day for 30-40 minutes. Soon I will be able to step it up and do more and more!
I am looking forward to being healthy and skinny again! Ready to have a rocking summer body!
