I got up and did some exercise before Church.
After Church I went with a friend to a Kivani's Chicken Dinner fund raiser. I brought 1/2 the chicken and the carrot cake home for another meal. She needed to run another errand, so I went along. On the way back to her house, we stopped for flavored waters, however, the machine to make them was broke, so we had root beer floats instead. (Bad choice - not just for the calories and poor nutritional value - but, in the heat, it is sitting heavy on my stomach.
When I got home, I took a much needed 2 hr nap.
