I chose Spark Solution to break through my plateau & lose my last five pounds.
Week one is completed and I have managed to lose 1.5-2 pounds depending on the day. I have more energy and love adding the new herbs to my meals instead of salt.
My favorite so far is the snack of natural peanut butter and celery. The pork tenderloin is great also. My kids were over for dinner & my picky husband liked it! Progress!
The best insider tip for me was "It really does add up" All the little things I am doing such as taking the stairs, parking further out, and walking to the store instead of driving add up!
