During the week, I am usually really good about being organized with me time and food when I am trying to be healthy. Unfortunately, the weekends are where I mess up. After having a not so stellar Thursday, I definitely was bad about letting the weekend get to me. I thought about deleting my Sparkpeople account, and starting over. But... is that really going to help me? Erasing my mistakes is only going to make it more difficult when I come across other mistakes in the future. I think the best thing to do is to recognize that this is a new week, and it is a whole new chance to do an amazing job. So, here are my goals for the week. After writing them down on here, I am going to hand write them on a piece of paper and put it up somewhere in my house.

2. RUN A TOTAL OF 10 MILES
