The first week is done, and I enjoyed the menu plans, I did not follow them exactly but it gave me ideas how to plan new meals for myself..
I got the book because I wanted to see what the menu plan was...and to do something different..
I liked seeing a sensible plan that I can follow for life and not a diet that I felt deprived....
as most know I have been with Spark People for over 7 years and I feel it's good to try new things, to mix things up... see what else I can try...keep my self thinking and exploring new options....
This new week is going to be a challenge but I can follow the plan, watch my food intake, get exercise and read the tips....i'm going to try the breakfast cookies..recipe is on page 152..looks easy enough..
lets all plan a healthy week....together we can do this
