Spark Solution week one done

I decided to try the spark solution program because I love Sparkpeople... and I need to lose that last 10# .

I dont know how I will do scale wise till tomorrow morning.. but I do know I have been more consistant with my workouts and staying within my calorie range all week....

What I like best about the program is the support we get from each other...and the question and answer periods we have with the authors.... that has been awesome....

The only thing I dont like about the program is trying to fit their meals in with my diet restrictions( I am glutem free and lapband ) I am managing but would love some healthy gluten free recipes

My favorite recipe has been the hot and sweet slaw salad... but I did add chickpeas to it also.

MY goal for this week is to continue the exercising... continue to stay within my range and drink my water.... would love to see the scale move ( down)
