Today makes 1 week since my mom died. I am doing okay. I have been doing a lot of reading on my Kindle today, working on the embroidering on the baby quilt that I am doing & playing a lot of computer games. emoticon

I had a bad migraine earlier today so I took some pain medication & stayed in my room where it is quite. My sliding door is open for the fresh air. Tomorrow I want to start taking short walks. When I can walk for longer amounts of time there is a hiking trail up the road from where we live that is about a mile long. I can also walk in to town.

    Focus on the walking. Being with nature is the best way to grieve. This helped me a lot when my father died.

    Sorry about your Mom When daddy pasted a year ago the dr said for me to morn my father and put my diet on hold. he said people that tried to lose weight and grieve at the same time don't do either right.
