I've been busy the past few weeks, learning new things. But I accept that I really DO still need to track my food as I just get so easily side tracked with over eating when I don't!
But the coolest thing is that I have become a member of my local aquatic centre which includes gym membership. Belonging to the gym entitles me to whats called a 'Face 2 Face' programme, where an Instructor provides me with an exercise programme. (We start on nutrition at our next session).
I am thoroughly enjoying my confidence growing with each visit! Now that I have given up the adolescent attitude of resistance, I have found myself embracing the process of exercise, and I am delighted!
Now I just have to stop eating like an Olympic wrestler and I'll be sweet as! Hence I'm back to tracking all nutrition this week :)
