Recap of Weekly Goals

Here's how last week went:

Monday, usual rest day.

Tuesday, I started week 3 of the 5/100 Fitness Challenge.

Reminder if what the challenge is:

Wednesday and Thursday I only did the fitness challenge.

Friday, I got the day off from work, so of course I decided to run a 5K. Doing the challenge afterwards was awful!! I don't know what the heck I was thinking! It must have been runners high because I have no other explanation for it.

Saturday, I got my first deep tissue massage (neck, shoulders, and back). OUCH!! I felt SO sore, but I still went to the gym and jogged 2 miles AND did the fitness challenge afterwards. The thing pushing me was it was the final day of week 3. I just kept repeating it to myself over and over: last day... last day... last day...

Today, I weighed in at 123lbs.; within maintenance range.
I jogged 2.5 slow miles and a Body Pump class, I haven't done one in 2 weeks! So of course I pushed myself into lifting heavy.
