The Spark Solution - Week One

Today we have been asked to review our progress on The Spark Solution. I had a great week and wanted to share my results with you all.
I decided to try the Spark Solution because, truthfully, I was getting bored with my diet and exercise plan, I had been at a plateau for several weeks, and was looking forward to blasting past the barrier. I want to reach the end of the weight loss part of my journey to wellness.
At the end of the first week, I found that the food really filled me up. I was less hungry, had more energy while working out, had no trouble drinking all my water and stayed on track with my calorie allowance, which was made much more challenging by the fact that I had an amazingly difficult and stressful week at work. Still I did it all successfully! I officially weigh in for my team tomorrow, but I weighed in for When I got really stressed out at work I looked at the motivational story pages (Insider Tip) to help keep me going. So many people have had to deal with so much more than I have.
This book is an absolute gem. I'm looking forward to trying Week 2's recipes (and looking forward to tonight's chicken dinner - my biscuits turned out amazing!!!!!)
