I'm extremely attracted to the idea of eating the same things (or close to the same things) every day. So I have my food tracker filled out for the next five days and all of my meals and snacks prepped and portioned!!! This is a miracle for me, as I'm typically not so organized and prepared.
We'll see how it works!
