Creating a weight loss bucket list

Instead of the traditional bucket list, I'm making a list of things I want to accomplish on my weight loss journey. They are not supposed to be end points but a marker on my journey.

I have only one rule for my personal list - it cannot include things that require me to wait for a certain size. I decided this because I don't want to feel like I have to wait for life to start because of my size. I want to feel empowered, and I hope this list helps that feeling.

Here it goes:
1) Grow my own salad
2) Jog/run for 20 minutes straight
3) Finish a 5k race
4) Grow my own strawberries one summer
5) Pick all my veggies from my own garden or from a PYO farm
6) Do a back bend (a very tight knot in my shoulder is preventing this right now)
