My Motivation for Today.

I am still up since last week. I think 2 days of having loads of company and too much food; and having cheesecake for dessert 4 times was too much for me. I found myself craving cheesecake yesterday. ( There is still some in my refrigerator.) Did I eat it. NO. I am planning to throw it out now.

I stayed in range yesterday. No cheesecake. I think I may start a no cheesecake streak. LOL.

Today I am following the advice in the Book I read about forming Habits.

Cue: Hunger
Response Eat healthy fruits and veggies
Result: Happiness and feeling full

    I like the idea of the no cheesecake streak. I actually have started a no ice cream streak (ok, only on Day 1, but it will make me think twice about not making it to Day 2). Thanks for the encouraging idea.

    Congrats on avoiding the cheesecake!!! I still have some but it is in the basement fridge so it does not tempt me in the slightest.
You can do this!!!
