My Motivation for Today.

I am still up since last week. I think 2 days of having loads of company and too much food; and having cheesecake for dessert 4 times was too much for me. I found myself craving cheesecake yesterday. ( There is still some in my refrigerator.) Did I eat it. NO. I am planning to throw it out now.
I stayed in range yesterday. No cheesecake. I think I may start a no cheesecake streak. LOL.
Today I am following the advice in the Book I read about forming Habits.
