- i will NOT weigh myself!!!!
- i WILL eat between 1100 - 1300 calories a day
- i WILL have 60+ very active mins a day
- i WILL drink more than 8 cups of water a day
ready to get refocused!!!! my skin has been breaking out, i have been feeling blah...im ready to be back on track!
