This week I have my daughter. She has asked me to do my video aerobics, so I will either do that, or take her on a walk of 1+miles.
I did get myself a new to me bike, and her Birthday is coming up, so I am getting her a bike too for her Birthday! I am going to take her up on the trail and we will have water and a snack packed in the backpack on my back. I think she and I will have a lot of fun this way. And it is a good way to get in exercise AND fun family time.
But for today, I might push play, I don't know yet. Like I said in one of my posts, I like the dvd's because they burn more calories than a normal walk. But we will see, we will see!!
