I was totally off today. And last night was date night so I did really well up until dinner time. Then I kinda let loose and enjoyed my date. I did work out today though. So that's good. And I went back to Weight Wachers, too, after 6 months.
Tomorrow is a new day though. I have already read my weekly guidelines and I decided to adjust all my meal times back by 30 minutes. Hopefully that will work a little better for me, since my alarm went off for first meal at 8:30 this morning and woke me up.
It will be intesteting to track how the Shred meals fit into my WW points.
