Last week I became another year older. Feeling great. Working to much. But still getting it in! Brought me a new Wii work out game..... Harley Pasternak's Hollywood Workout. Got it set up. Going to try it out Monday.

Still trying to figure out how to get my meals in. I work 4 days a week and on those days I am lucky if I get anything to eat. I drink plenty of water. On my 3 days off I make a point to eat my 3 sorta balance meals. With a little snackage. Staying under my calories. emoticon

My son and my daughter are great reminders. And support.

    Planning in advance is what it takes. I work odd times during the day and most evenings from about 3.30 to 8.30 so it is difficult to fit in dinner with DH, but I make too much when I do cook and freeze portions for the days when I need a quick microwave fix. This way I keep control of my calories and don't reach for unhealthy snacks. emoticon emoticon
