Week 67 ...weigh in...

Let's get straight to it!!!!

I'm down 0.1 kg from last week.

I've been trying to increase my eating-- to up my calories as I've dropped so low I had three days of 'slump' with no energy and even had 'in house physician' Bec checking my blood pressure and doing some 'obs' I felt so bad.

But hey all my Spark buddies told me last week I was way too low and I have been trying to eat more but obviously it caught up with me.

So this is what I'll work on this week, eating more good calories to get back in shape ---lol-- it was amazing how bad I felt. I've also dropped some of the exercise for the time being and trying to get that balance back.

Remember 'roundabout' not ' see-saw' I keep reminding myself.

On a non weight related subject :) Bec and I went to see Ironman last night, I haven't been to the 'flicks' for a while and loved it. Saying no to butter popcorn was easy but sad.

I shall be like the cat on my sparkpage --- lounging around should anyone want to know...:) emoticon

    It's important to find that right balance. I am still working on finding mine! Good for you on passing on the butter popcorn. We saw Iron Man last weekend and skipped the popcorn but then went and saw The Great Gatsby this weekend and went for the popcorn!

    I have had the hardest time with the whole " eat more to feel better , be in better shape and find the balanced weight your body needs to be at" so many years it has been " starve yourself, or gorge"
Not eating buttery popcorn at Star Trek this weekend was so easy, I just focused on the cost and how much it has inflated since the last time I went to the movie theatre :P

    Sorry that you've had an off week and not felt yourself. You made a small loss so that is a plus :) I think we all go through stages where we get off balance in regards to our diets and exercise. I think it's a good idea to dial back the exercise and concentrate on eating the right foods in the appropriate amounts. Then if you feel the need you can add in more exercise later.

I hope that you feel much better this week :)

    Wow, you are right about not eating enough calories and then not having energy. Balance is the most important. I have to remember than too! Thanks for this blog! I learn a lot from it!
