Let's get straight to it!!!!
I'm down 0.1 kg from last week.
I've been trying to increase my eating-- to up my calories as I've dropped so low I had three days of 'slump' with no energy and even had 'in house physician' Bec checking my blood pressure and doing some 'obs' I felt so bad.
But hey all my Spark buddies told me last week I was way too low and I have been trying to eat more but obviously it caught up with me.
So this is what I'll work on this week, eating more good calories to get back in shape ---lol-- it was amazing how bad I felt. I've also dropped some of the exercise for the time being and trying to get that balance back.
Remember 'roundabout' not ' see-saw' I keep reminding myself.
On a non weight related subject :) Bec and I went to see Ironman last night, I haven't been to the 'flicks' for a while and loved it. Saying no to butter popcorn was easy but sad.
I shall be like the cat on my sparkpage --- lounging around should anyone want to know...:)
