I have been VERY committed to this lifestyle lately. I have increased my workout to 45 minutes 6 days a week and I am maintaining between 1300 and 1600 calories a day. Mainly, I am skipping all white food (rice, pasta, bread, potatoes) and sticking to protein, veggies and fruit. Lots of salad, grilled meat and veggies.
BUT, I am spacing out, forgetting everything, have no focus and cant get ANYTHING done. I find myself being impaitent with my kids and husband etc. Then today, I got up with the worst migraine headache ever. It was after 11 before I could get enough medicine to even lift my head without throwing up. I had a little bit of a residual headache the rest of the day but I ate some sushi and avocado and fruit. I am better but what an awful, crushing pain.
Have I gone too far?
