At Lowest

This morning I walked on the treadmill at home for @20min then went to the gym and walked for another 20 min on the treadmill. Then it was time for the group session. We did a grueling session working on legs and abs. My trainer was very pleased, he said my form has been improving and I was getting stronger. emoticon

Plus -- I am at my lowest since the beginning of the year emoticon

When I got home, my grandson was here. My daughter and her husband went on a walking date. She is due any day and ready to have the baby. When they came to pick her up, we decided to go for another walk out in the canyon. No contractions :(

Tonight another daughter came over with her husband and we are watching Doctor Who.

4. Cardio = min 20 min a day, Strength (M-W-F)

1. 2003 pictures into album
2. Bind wedding quilt
3. Bind granddaughter's baby quilt emoticon
4. Quilt/bind 2nd baby quilt emoticon
5. Make baby quilt for daycare parent
6. 2004 pictures sorted, labeled, put into album
7. Sort/put away stacks of material (leftover from projects)
8. Clean/organize quilting room
9. Start Mahan quilts
10. Finish cross stitch baby sampler for granddaughter

    Hooray! Quilts are beautiful! I just went to granddaughter's ballet recital Th, and it is so fun to see the little ones in their tutus! Envy their flexibility! Let's both get some good stretching in this week, OK? Looks like you are needing it, too!
